Vehicles and Car parking Provisions

37.1 The owner or occupier of a lot must not, without the Body Corporate's written approval:-

37.1.1 park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to stand on the common property: or

37.1.2 permit an invitee to park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to stand on the common property, except for the designated visitor parking which must remain available  at all times for the sole use of visitors' vehicles.
