BBQ and Common Area use

Magnolia has a common area located on Level 1 of Building A (Raven St) for the convenience of all residents. This is a communal space for all to enjoy with a pool, table and a gas BBQ. You are more than welcome to utilise the space to read, sit, relax, do yoga or even get some sunbathing time. No booking required. 

If you plan to host a small group, or to use the BBQ facility, please utilise the whiteboard located at the common area entrance and put your name, unit number, date and duration of intended use. For everyone's enjoyment, each booking is limited to a maximum of three (3) hours, during busy period you may have to share with other groups. 

Once you have filled out the whiteboard, please contact building management at admin@magnolia4067.com.au and provide at least 48hr of notice so the gas supply can be turned on. 

A refundable deposit of $100 is required.

BBQ AREA RULES - PLEASE READ

• Clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after use - scrape off all food residue and wipe down the surface.

• Wipe down all tables, benches and surrounding surfaces before leaving

• Bag all rubbish and dispose of it in the bin room; do not leave them in the common area

• NO GLASS INSIDE POOL AREA

• Be considerate of noise level, especially after 8pm. Respect other neighbours. 

• Children must be supervised at all times. 

• Do not move or rearrange furniture outside the designated area.
